Registration For children to train with Wildcats they will need to be registered with Wallingford Hockey Club. Registration forms can be downloaded from the link below or obtained at Sunday morning training sessions. The registration fee is £45.00 for the first child, £35.00 for the second and for 3 or more children £25.00. Cheques should be made payable to "Wallingford Hockey Club" A "Starter Pack" containing important joining documents is available at request on a Sunday morning during training or can be downloaded from the following links:
